Please Read: PRINTING METHOD I use the DTF (Direct-To-Film) printing method, which involves transferring high-quality art printed on PET film using a high-temperature heat press. I apply my designs to top-selling t-shirt brands, including Gildan 5000, Comfort Colors 1717, and Bella + Canvas 3001.
SHIPPING Once I receive your order, because I only keep a small inventory, items will be shipped within seven days. You’ll receive an email notification when your order ships. All shirts are shipped in a poly bag, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders are sent via USPS and can take up to seven days to arrive. I am not responsible for lost packages. You will receive a tracking number, and it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to report any lost shipments.
RETURNS Once your order is shipped, refunds are not available. I personally inspect and package each shirt to ensure its quality. However, if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me. I value you as a customer and will do my best to resolve any issues.
CANCELATIONS Cancellations are accepted but BEFORE item has shipped. Once your order has shipped it cannot be canceled.
