Time Frame:
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- For clothing items, they should be unwashed and unworn.
Non-returnable items:
- Types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. If it our mistake, then contact us and we will be happy to make things right for you. If you misspelled or file was not correct then we will not be able to accept return.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase:
- To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, order number, and date of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
